Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller with experience in
the real estate sector to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate should have
excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for providing
top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
 Make outbound calls to potential customers from the database provided.
 Generate leads and convert inquiries into site visits.
 Follow up on leads and maintain a strong relationship with prospective clients.
 Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, and payment plans.
 Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures.
 Maintain and update the CRM regularly.
 Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Requirements:
 2 to 4 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate sector.
 Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.
 Basic computer knowledge and experience working with CRM systems.
 Willing to work in the 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST shift.
