Job Description:

 

The beauty advisor is responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter, providing product information, and driving sales by delivering excellent customer service. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a presentable appearance and strong interpersonal skills. The beauty advisor is expected to engage with customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. A focus on sales targets and customer satisfaction is essential.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Welcome customers at the counter, assist with inquiries, and understand their preferences and needs to recommend suitable products.

2. Sales Execution: Actively promote products, highlight features and benefits, and close sales effectively to achieve or exceed sales targets.

3. Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of the product range, including specifications, pricing, and any ongoing promotions, to provide accurate information to customers.

4. Sales Reporting: Track daily sales, provide feedback on customer preferences and trends, and report on targets and performance to the store manager.

5. Store Maintenance: Ensure the counter and display area are well-organized, visually appealing, and stocked with merchandise to enhance the shopping experience.

6. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and building a loyal customer base.

7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to create a cohesive environment focused on maximizing sales and customer satisfaction.
