Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our growing insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining insurance products, and closing sales efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about various insurance products (health/life/general).
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable policies.
Follow up with leads, maintain client records, and update the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide accurate information about features, benefits, premiums, and claims.
Address queries and resolve objections with confidence and clarity.
Maintain a professional and courteous approach with all customers.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stress in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and [any regional language, if required].
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Insurance certification (IRDAI) is a plus.
