Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up with existing customers to generate sales opportunities and grow the client base. • Present and explain our rental products and services, including refurbished laptops, clearly and persuasively to customers, addressing any questions or concerns. • Identify and generate new leads to help expand RentFoxxy’s customer base, market reach, and product offerings. • Achieve individual and team sales targets in line with the company’s growth objectives, ensuring consistent revenue generation. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals. • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, lead progress, and customer feedback for continuous improvement. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share insights, best practices, and strategies that contribute to enhanced sales efforts. • Stay informed on RentFoxxy’s product offerings, including refurbished laptops, to effectively communicate the value and benefits to customers. • Take ownership of the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, while ensuring clients’ needs are met effectively and promptly. • Demonstrate leadership by managing and guiding a team of Business Development and Tele sales Executives ensuring they meet individual and team goals and maintain high levels of performance. Requirements: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers confidently over the phone and through emails. • Customer-focused mindset, always aiming to solve problems, understand client needs, and offer tailored solutions. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team, drive accountability, and ensure high team performance. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude and resilience. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in maintaining customer records and tracking sales progress. • A passion for sales and a proactive approach to achieving company objectives.
