Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication between the sales department and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and providing product information.
• Process sales orders and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and tracking systems.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and presentations for the sales team and management.
• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and assist with any post-sales inquiries.
• Manage communication with clients, including handling complaints, queries, and concerns.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and product demos for the sales team.
• Assist in organizing promotional events or sales campaigns.
• Support the preparation of sales proposals and quotations.
• Maintain inventory levels for demo products, samples, or sales materials.
• Monitor competitor activity and report trends or market changes to the sales team.
• Cold Calling.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in sales & marketing.
• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
