Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with product selection and styling advice.
Provide detailed product information (fabric, fit, craftsmanship, etc.).
Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
Manage billing, inventory updates, and POS system usage.
Assist in stock organization, unpacking new arrivals, and daily store upkeep.
Address customer queries and resolve issues in a polite, professional manner.
Meet daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Support during product photoshoots and in-store events when needed.
🎯 Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail fashion or boutique sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge or interest in ethnic wear (sarees, blouses, jewellery).
Organized, proactive, and customer oriented.
Basic knowledge of billing software or POS systems (preferred).
