Job Responsibilities - ● Identifying and onboarding the potential DSAs and Channel partners from open market . Its a B2B sales.
● Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing partners to drive business targets
● Provide day to day operational support to your channel partners
● Responsible for driving monthly sales targets and respective business metrics Job Requirements - ● Excellent sales skills, e.g. rapport building and negotiation skills
● Good written and verbal communication skills
● Should have prior experience in NBFC and DSA preferably in mortgages (Home loan and LAP)
● Own Conveyance and strong local industry network are preferred for this role
● Fluency in the regional language will be an additional benefit
