Illustrative Responsibilities
Sales/Business Development
Build detailed knowledge of target customer segment, selling processes & skills to make effective sales call
Build a motivated sales team through right hiring, training, review, guidance & leading from the front to achieve assigned business target
Prepare team’s coverage plan & drive active promotion of the assigned product portfolio to target customers in their coverage list
Deliver Revenue, customer conversion & market share targets in the assigned HQ
Continuously innovate communication strategies to educate target customers about our solutions
Drive key account engagement & focus on building relationships
Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities
Preferable Requirements
Graduate degree from a good institute
3-5 years of experience with minimum 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/OTC industry
