Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage sales teams across multiple locations.
Organize in-store activities to boost sales performance.
Monitor store performance and enhance sales efficiency.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Handle invoices, sales orders, and store payments.
Travel as required to oversee regional operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in team management.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Compensation:
Competitive salary ranging from ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month.
