Job Title: Female Sales Executive (Senior)

Location: Outer Circle, Connaught Place, Delhi

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Timings: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (Monday to Saturday)

As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking an experienced Female Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Female Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales and providing design solutions to clients in the interior, hospitality, and real estate sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience as a sales executive in the interior, hospitality, or real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior design market.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and engage with potential customers.

• Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and project managers to provide design solutions using our marble and stone products.

• Conduct site visits and consultations with clients to understand their design requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Prepare and present design proposals, quotations, and samples to clients, ensuring alignment with their aesthetic preferences and budget constraints.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products, and address any customer concerns or issues.

• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design preferences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive in the interior, hospitality, or real estate industry.

• Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.

• Strong design sensibility and ability to understand and interpret client preferences.

• Must be comfortable with traveling for business meetings.

• Well-groomed with a pleasing personality, representing the company professionally at all times.
