Namo Gange Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead stall space sales for the 8th Edition of International Health & Wellness Expo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring corporate clients, securing sponsorships, and maximizing revenue through effective sales strategies.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential exhibitors from industries including Ayush, Pharma, Medical Equipment, Fitness, Organic & Natural Food, Agriculture, Medical Tourism, Hospitals, and Government Departments.

  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Sell exhibition stall spaces and sponsorship packages to corporate clients and industry professionals.

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends to position the exhibition competitively.

  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Event Sales, or Exhibition Stall Sales.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the health & wellness, pharma, medical, organic food, agriculture, or fitness sector.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Target-Oriented: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Networking Ability: Established connections in the corporate and healthcare industry will be an advantage.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
