🧾 Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead business development for our Fire Protection Division (VACCIFIRE). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth in fire safety projects, products, and services.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Sales Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new fire protection projects (design & build, supply & install).
Identify, engage, and manage key accounts, consultants, contractors, and facility owners.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and technical solutions tailored to client needs.
Achieve revenue and margin targets for fire protection systems and maintenance contracts.
Lead bid management, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline for the Fire installation, AMC and Audit Services.
Responsible for Installation and Annual Maintenance contracts (including spares) selling for fire fighting, fire alarm, CCTV and access control.
🔹 Marketing Responsibilities:
Plan and implement marketing campaigns for fire safety products and services (online & offline).
Manage branding, content creation, brochures, and social media presence.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Conduct market research to identify growth sectors and expansion opportunities.
Collaborate with technical and design teams to prepare marketing material and case studies.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Fire Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
5+ years of proven sales & marketing experience in the fire protection industry.
Strong knowledge of fire safety systems (fire alarm, suppression, sprinklers, FM200, hydrants, etc.).
Familiarity with NFPA codes, civil defence regulations, and local authority approval processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and marketing platforms (LinkedIn, email marketing, etc.).
Civil Defence market experience (preferred).
Valid driving license.
Must be ready to travel different places to meet the targets.
