Role:

Have a deep Understanding of the Local market and a proven Track record of Helping clients find their Dream House. Depth knowledge of RERA allows to provide Valuable Insights and Guidance to both Buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities:

• Handling clients and helping them to find their perfect homes by doing market analysis.

• Converting live leads to potential client base by briefing them about the project via telephone.

• Outbound Calling and generating leads of concrete buyers.

• To boost sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers.

• To understand customer’s requirements and demands and close the sales deal efficiently.

• Manage all systems of prospect clients, lead generation database management.

• Go the extra mile to meet the sales target and facilitate future sales.

• Act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

The Person

·         Proficiency in MS Office.

·         Strong multitasking abilities.

·         Detailed Oriented

·         Good Communicator

Education and Industry Exposure

·         MBA (Business Management) or Any Graduation

·         Freshers / Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience

• Communication: Must speak English or Hindi and Marathi language.
