Job Title: Senior Sales Executive (Home Furnishing & Fabrics)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our home furnishing and fabrics team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our range of home furnishing and fabric products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for interior design, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
Provide expert advice on home furnishing and fabric products to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure the showroom is well-presented and stocked with the latest products.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand business opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home furnishing, fabrics, or interior design industry.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Knowledge of home furnishing trends, fabrics, materials, and designs is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with high-end or luxury home furnishing and fabric brands.
Familiarity with space planning, textile selection, and home decor solutions.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
Bilingual proficiency (if applicable to the target market).
Work Environment:
This position may require working in a showroom, retail store, or visiting clients' homes for consultations.
