  • Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
  • Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits
1. Sales Planning & Strategy
o Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for twowheelers (2W) and Value-Added Services (VAS).
o Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business
opportunities.
2. Team Leadership & Management
o Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team to drive performance.
o Provide regular training, mentoring, and performance feedback to the sales team.
o Ensure team adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
3. Sales Promotion & Marketing
o Execute innovative sales promotion and marketing activities to enhance brand
visibility and sales.
o Collaborate with the marketing team for product launches, events, and campaigns.
4. Customer Relationship Management
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealers.
o Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through prompt service and problem
resolution.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
o Monitor and report on KPIs, including:
▪ 2W Sales: Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for twowheelers.
▪ VAS Sales: Drive the sale of value-added services and accessories.
▪ Market Share: Improve the company’s market share in the region.
▪ Manpower Productivity (MP Productivity): Ensure optimal productivity
levels of the sales team.
o Provide detailed reports and insights on sales performance to senior management
