Responsibilities:
Responsible for Sales & Business Development.
Responsible to onboard new channel Partners in company.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Responsible for generating leads for business.
Following up leads generated.
Comparing a property to others in the area then convince to customer.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Pointing out a properties best feature to buyer and answering their questions.
Designing and implementing of sales strategies for targeted revenue.
Candidate will be responsible for Site visits and deal closures.
Responsible for preparing the daily sales report.
Responsible for participating in Property’s Events, exhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
