This role requires a strategic approach to agent recruitment, training, and development to ensure sales targets are met and sustained.

Jobs Responsibilities:

Recruit, onboard, and train a team of agents to drive business growth in the assigned area.

Develop strategies to increase agent productivity and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide regular coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to agents to ensure optimal results.

Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.

Collaborate with internal teams to support agents in achieving their sales objectives.

Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

3-9 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in the insurance sector.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing a high-performing team.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to drive business growth.
