About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential B2B leads using online channels and tools.
• Execute outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and social media.
• Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads using frameworks like BANT.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Ensure smooth handover to onboarding and timely payment follow-ups.
• Log activities and maintain lead data in the CRM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3–6 years of B2B sales experience (Tech/SaaS background preferred).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills [MANDATORY].
• Strong ability to generate leads independently.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business/Marketing (preferred, not mandatory).
