We are looking for a proactive and inspiring Female Sales Manager to establish and monitor a women-led sales force in rural areas. The candidate will play a pivotal role in collaborating with existing Women groups ( like : Anganwadi / Shakti Amma / BC Sakhi / NGOs working for Women / Women Self Help Groups) recruiting, training, and empowering rural women to drive sales and create a self-sustaining business ecosystem.
