Job Description:

We are seeking energetic and goal-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to drive our expansion. The primary responsibility of this role is to visit schools, present AdiClasses' innovative educational solutions, and establish partnerships. Your success will be measured by your ability to onboard schools and create long-term collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach schools to introduce AdiClasses' educational products and solutions.
Conduct presentations and meetings with school principals, decision-makers, and educators.
Build strong relationships with schools to secure partnerships.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate interest and leads.
Follow up on prospects, negotiate deals, and close partnerships with schools.
Maintain detailed records of visits, feedback, and conversion progress.
Work towards achieving monthly and yearly targets.
Requirements:

✅ 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.

✅ Bachelor’s degree in any field (Sales/Marketing background preferred).

✅ MBA (Marketing) candidates preferred.
✅ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
✅ Willingness to travel locally for field visits to schools.
✅ Self-motivated and result-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.
✅ Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

Compensation & Benefits:

During 3-Month Probation: ₹20,000/month (in-hand).
Post-Probation: ₹25,000/month + Monthly Incentives + Yearly Incentives.

Important: Clearing the 3-month probation period is mandatory to continue employment.
