Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Qualify and prioritize leads based on potential for business growth.
Client Visits:
Conduct face-to-face visits to industrial clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and check-ins.
Client Meetings & Presentations:
Arrange and lead meetings with potential clients, presenting product/service offerings and addressing their needs.
Provide customized product demonstrations and proposals based on client requirements.
Sales Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements in alignment with company policies.
Close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends, market demands, and competitor activity.
Provide feedback on market conditions and sales opportunities to the sales team and management.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Support & Follow-up:
Ensure smooth post-sales support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Address and resolve client concerns in a timely manner.
