🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers

• Explain products/services and generate interest

• Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database

• Achieve daily/weekly targets for call volume and conversions

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries

• Maintain a positive attitude and deliver great customer experience

✅ Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets

• Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure

• Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
