Job Description: HR Telecalling Executive (Blue Collar Hiring)

Position: HR Telecalling Executive
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday, 5.5 working days)
Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Qualification: Graduate or Pursuing Graduation

Salary: 12000-15000

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct 100 calls daily to candidates based on location and job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates at specific locations.
Communicate with candidates effectively and provide detailed job information.
Follow up with candidates to ensure attendance at interviews.
Assist in the blue-collar hiring process, including documentation and coordination.
Ensure clear and concise communication in English.

Requirements:
Graduate or pursuing graduation.
Good communication skills in English.
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or recruitment (preferably blue-collar).
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage time effectively.
