✅Job title- Business Development Manager (APC)

✅Experience - 4-6 years ( Minimum 2 yrs of experience in sales)

✅ Location - Kolkata, Howrah, patna, Lucknow, Ranchi, Kanpur, Jamshedpur, Raipur, Dhanbad, Hyderabad

Roles and responsibilities

☑️Rrecruiting and managing a team of leaders and agents

☑️Exceed recruitment target on new agency leaders and agent enrollments.

☑️Create mutual support platform for financial executive, agency associate and agent to enable easier recruitment.

☑️Enhance AFYP and number of cases by the unit.

☑️Focus on number of R&R winners.

☑️Focus on enablement and development of the team.

☑️Timely contract of agent and agencies associate within regulatory guidelines.

☑️Track competition regularly at regional level on various major such as new strategies new compensation models.

☑️Execute plans for growth of the agency.

☑️Conduct weekly performance review and planning for team.

☑️Ensure e retention of team by formulating their development plans meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.

☑️Hand hold developed and supervise financial executives agency associate and agent to meet plan and follow growth leadership practices.
