We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and promoting our label printing solutions to various industries. This role involves both online and offline marketing activities, including digital marketing, client visits, and trade networking.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through online inquiries, cold calling, and client visits.
Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Promote adhesive labels, shrink sleeves, and other printed solutions to target industries such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, and agrochemicals.
Follow up with potential clients, send quotations, and close deals.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to expand the company’s market presence.
Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure seamless order execution.
Provide market insights and competitor analysis to improve sales strategies.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in printing, packaging, or manufacturing industries. Freshers with a strong passion for marketing may also apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings (2-3 days a week).
Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.
