Job Summary:
The ATL & BTL Advertising Sales & Marketing role involves driving revenue through strategic advertising sales, client relationship management, and executing marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for developing media sales strategies, managing brand campaigns across ATL & BTL channels, and ensuring successful client engagement to maximize business growth.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
✅ Experience: 2-6 years in sales, marketing, or advertising (ATL & BTL experience preferred).
✅ Skills:
Strong sales & negotiation skills.
Experience in advertising/media sales.
Knowledge of ATL & BTL marketing strategies.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns & projects.
Analytical mindset to measure campaign success.
Excellent communication & client management skills.
