Job Title: Sales Representative – FMCG

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Representative to join our FMCG team in Erode. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and stockists

• Ensure timely placement and visibility of products at retail outlets

• Conduct regular market visits and generate new leads

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly

• Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors/retailers

• Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory)

• 0–3 years of sales experience in FMCG sector

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good knowledge of local market in and around Erode

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license

• Self-motivated and target-oriented
