Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader – Sales to lead and mentor our sales team in Gandhinagar and Sargasan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with builders, ensuring smooth deal closures, and driving the team towards achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Maintain Builder Relations: Act as a channel partner and establish strong relationships with builders to maximize business opportunities.
Mentor & Train the Sales Team: Guide, train, and support the team to achieve their targets and enhance their performance.
Client Meeting & Deal Closure: Accompany the team on client revisits, facilitate smooth closings, and assist in negotiations to finalize deals.
Monitor Performance & Reporting: Take regular updates on prospects, client visits, and overall sales activities while ensuring accurate reporting.
Sales Growth & Strategy Execution: Implement strategies to boost sales performance and ensure team efficiency.
Requirements:
Experience in real estate sales with leadership skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to motivate and drive a team towards target achievement.
Knowledge of the local real estate market (Gandhinagar & Sargasan preferred).
