Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller – Sales (Outbound) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, promoting services/products, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote company products/services.

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

• Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.

• Proven sales acumen with a target-driven approach.

• Ability to engage customers and build long-term relationships.

• Prior experience in a B2C sales environment is preferred.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
