Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update records of customer interactions, sales progress, and forecast sales pipelines effectively.Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s industrial products/services to accurately communicate value propositions and solutions.Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual or phone-based sales presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our products and services to prospective clients.Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term business relationships with new and existing clients through regular follow-ups, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights for sales strategy development.Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.Key Requirements:Experience: Proven experience in telesales, B2B sales, or a related field, preferably within the industrial sector.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.Sales Abilities: Demonstrated track record of successfully closing sales and achieving targets.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial products/services and the B2B sales cycle.CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) to track customer interactions and manage sales activities.Self-Motivation: A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving client problems.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
