Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to oversee and manage a high-performing sales team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive the team to achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:

● Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales executives to ensure their professional growth and achievement of targets.

● Target Achievement: Set, monitor, and drive individual and team sales targets aligned with business objectives.

● Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to enhance revenue and market share. ● Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.

● Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate team performance using sales data and provide actionable feedback for improvement.

● Training and Development: Organize training sessions to enhance team skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

● Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other departments to align efforts and maximize business outcomes.

● Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns, queries, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

● Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
