Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers (students and working professionals) and introduce them to our meal subscription plans.

• Lead Conversion: Explain NeatEats’ benefits, address queries, and convince leads to subscribe.

• Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and referrals to close sales.

• Customer Relationship: Build rapport with customers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.

• CRM Management: Update customer interactions and track leads using CRM software.

• Referral Program: Encourage customers to use the referral program to bring in new clients.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months - 2 years in telesales or customer support (F&B industry preferred).

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.

• Sales Skills: Persuasive and confident in handling objections.

• Tech-Savvy: Ability to use CRM software and maintain lead data.

• Self-Motivated: Result-driven with a hunger to achieve targets.
