Job Overview:
United Solar is seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller - Sales to join our team in Gurgaon. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining our solar products, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain solar products and services.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solar solutions.
Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and sales in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Address customer queries and provide necessary information.
Coordinate with the field sales team for follow-ups and site visits, as well as with the warehouse, transport, and finance teams.
Stay updated with industry trends and company offerings.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum 12th pass. Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service. Experience in solar or renewable energy is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to handle customer objections and queries effectively.
Work Schedule: 6 days a week.
