Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Monitor sales metrics and optimize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing & webinar teams to generate high-quality leads.
• Analyze market trends to refine sales pitches and processes.
Team Management & Training
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10+ telecallers and field sales executives.
• Conduct weekly sales training to improve communication, objection handling, and closing
techniques.
• Monitor team performance and provide real-time feedback to improve results.
• Handle escalations and ensure smooth coordination between teams.
Lead Conversion & Revenue Generation
• Ensure high conversion rates from leads to enrollments.
• Track and optimize follow-up strategies to maximize admissions.
• Conduct daily huddles to review team performance and align on goals.
Relationship Building & Customer Experience
• Establish strong relationships with students & parents to build trust.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for students post-enrollment.
• Address and resolve any student concerns regarding course selection, payments, and career
