Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Telemarketing Executives to join our dynamic sales team in Dadar, Mumbai. This is an office-based role that requires candidates with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to convince potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services and generate sales.

Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline.

Convince and convert inquiries into sales through effective communication.

Maintain a database of calls and sales records.

Achieve monthly sales targets and earn attractive incentives.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries professionally.

Candidate Requirements:

Female candidates only (Office-based job)

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of sales experience (Telecalling, Telesales, or Inside Sales preferred)

Fluency in Hindi & English is a must

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively

Goal-oriented with a proactive approach towards sales.
