Position: Tele sales Executive

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell company products/services.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions accordingly.
Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure maximum conversion.
Manage and update the CRM/database with detailed call notes and customer status.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
Develop a deep understanding of product knowledge to better explain benefits to customers.
Participate in training sessions and sales improvement initiatives.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles.
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle objections and rejections confidently.
Fluency in [Language: Hindi / English / Local Language as needed].
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Prior experience in [Solar / Insurance / FMCG / Telecom] sector will be an added advantage.
