JOB DISCRIPTION

As a Voice Calling Sales Executive, you will be the voice of our organization, connecting with business owners and decision-makers in the hospitality sector.

Your primary responsibility will be to pitch our IT product, highlight its benefits, and drive sales conversions.•Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to business owners and managers in the US/UK hospitality sector.
Present and explain the features and benefits of our IT product effectively. Understand the clients’ needs and align our product offerings accordingly.
Address queries and provide timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM software
Skills and Qualifications:• Basic understanding of the hospitality industry is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. •Experience:
Proven experience in telecalls or customer service, preferably in international markets.( 6 months to 2 years in sales )
•Skills:• Excellent verbal communication skills ((US and UK accent ) with a neutral or adaptable accent.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities •Proficiency:•
Skilled in using sales management software and CRM systems •Attributes:• Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
Education:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
