Property Manager

• Maintenance and Operations:

  • Oversee and coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and renovations. 

  • Manage and schedule routine maintenance tasks. 

  • Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and functional. 

  • Manage contracts with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs. 

• Security Management:
