Job Summary:

We seek a dedicated and responsible Security Guard with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team in Sojat, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, monitoring surveillance systems, and maintaining a safe environment for employees, visitors, and property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surveillance & Monitoring: Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance systems to detect and prevent any suspicious activities.

• Access Control: Control and monitor access points to ensure that only authorized personnel enter the premises.

• Patrol: Regularly patrol the property to check for security breaches or hazards.

• Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies quickly and efficiently. Ensure that appropriate authorities are notified when required.

• Report Writing: Maintain detailed logs of security-related activities, incidents, and observations.

• Safety Procedures: Ensure all safety and security protocols are being followed on-site.

• Visitor Management: Greet visitors, issue visitor passes, and ensure they are logged in the visitor register.

• Communication: Report any unusual activity or incidents to the supervisor on time.

• Crowd Control: Assist in managing and controlling large crowds or gatherings, as necessary.

• Inventory Checks: Conduct periodic inventory checks to ensure that the property is secure.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in security or related fields.

• Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV, alarms, etc.).

  • Strong observation and alertness skills.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to remain calm and act under pressure in emergencies.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Physical fitness and stamina.

• Educational Requirements: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
