Job Summary:

The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and property. This role involves monitoring activities, controlling access, and responding to incidents to maintain a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and authorize entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.

• Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to check for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and security breaches.

• Report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, or presence of unauthorized persons.

• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.

• Maintain daily logs and incident reports.

• Enforce company rules and regulations regarding safety and security.

• Check and secure doors, windows, and gates.

• Provide assistance to employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

• Coordinate with emergency services in case of fire, medical, or security emergencies.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (or as per company policy)

• Prior experience in security preferred but not mandatory.

• Physically fit and alert.

• Good observation and communication skills.

• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

Working Conditions:

• May involve shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Both indoor and outdoor duties depending on site requirements.
