राजस्थान इस्पात उद्योग जयपुर, विश्वकर्मा औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में एक समर्पित सुरक्षा गार्ड की तलाश कर रहा है। इस भूमिका में सुरक्षा योजनाएँ बनाना, कर्मचारियों का चयन करना और किसी सुविधा/भवन और उसके निवासियों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रोटोकॉल लागू करना शामिल है। आप सुरक्षा टीम की देखरेख करेंगे, शेड्यूल प्रबंधित करेंगे और सुचारू संचालन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रदर्शन का आकलन करेंगे।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

सुविधाओं और सूचना प्रणालियों के लिए सुरक्षा प्रोटोकॉल लागू करें।

नियमित रूप से निरीक्षण और सुरक्षा निरीक्षण करें।

इन्वेंट्री स्टोरेज और कर्मचारी रिकॉर्ड जैसे प्रतिबंधित क्षेत्रों तक पहुँच को नियंत्रित करें।

सुरक्षा कर्मियों को काम पर रखें, प्रशिक्षित करें और विकसित करें।

संभावित खतरों की पहचान करें और खतरों को कम करने के लिए जोखिमों का आकलन करें।

सुरक्षा टीमों के साथ मज़बूत संबंध बनाएँ और मुद्दों के बारे में प्रबंधन को सूचित करें।

आवश्यक होने पर कानून प्रवर्तन, अग्निशमन विभाग या चिकित्सा एजेंसियों को सुरक्षा घटनाओं की रिपोर्ट करें।
