We Care Facility Services is looking for a dedicated Security Guard in Mumbai, Bandra (West). You will oversee the security team, manage schedules, and assess performance to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement security protocols for facilities and information systems.
Conduct regular walk-throughs and security inspections.
Control access to restricted areas like inventory storage and employee records.
Hire, train, and develop security personnel.
Identify potential hazards and assess risks to minimize threats.
Build strong relationships with security teams and inform management of issues.
Report security incidents to law enforcement, fire departments, or medical agencies when required.
