1. Physical Security & Surveillance Monitoring CCTV cameras and patrolling the premises to prevent unauthorized access. Managing access control (ID card verification, biometric systems, visitor logs). Checking entry and exit points to ensure only authorized personnel enter. Responding to security alarms and handling emergency situations.2. Cybersecurity & IT Security AssistanceCoordinating with IT teams to ensure data security policies are followed.Preventing unauthorized use of IT equipment and ensuring secure handling of devices.Reporting any suspicious cyber activities to IT security teams.3. Emergency Response & Crisis ManagementImplementing and executing evacuation procedures in case of fire, natural disasters, or threats.Coordinating with local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency teams when required.Ensuring compliance with fire safety norms (fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and drills).4. Staff & Visitor ManagementIssuing visitor passes and escorting guests if needed.Conducting security awareness sessions for employees.Handling employee misconduct or security violations as per company policies.5. Asset ProtectionPreventing theft, vandalism, or unauthorized removal of company assets.Monitoring data centers, server rooms, and IT infrastructure.Keeping records of security breaches, lost/stolen property, and other incidents.6. Policy Compliance & DocumentationEnsuring compliance with security protocols (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).Maintaining security logs, incident reports, and daily activity reports.Reviewing and updating security policies as per organizational needs.
