Job Description:
Cadet Pilot Trainer Instructor:
As a Cadet Pilot Trainer Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction and guidance to our cadet pilots. You will play a crucial role in developing their knowledge, skills, and flight safety awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions in areas such as aviation fundamentals, aircraft systems, flight navigation, and aviation safety.
Provide one-on-one mentoring and coaching to cadets during flight training.
Assess and evaluate cadet performance through exams, flight simulations, and other training assessments.
Ensure that all training is delivered according to regulatory standards and company policies.
Monitor cadet progress, provide feedback, and suggest improvement strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Hold a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
A minimum of 1 years of flying experience, with experience in training or instructing preferred.
Strong knowledge of flight operations, regulations, and aviation safety.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in using flight simulators and aviation training equipment is an asset.
Radio Telephony (RTR) Instructor:
As a Radio Telephony (RTR) Instructor, you will be responsible for training cadets and professionals in radio communication and aviation telephony. You will ensure trainees are well-versed in radio procedures, phraseology, and the effective use of radio communication in various aviation settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct theoretical and practical lessons on radio telephony, covering areas such as communication protocols, aviation radio procedures, and emergency communication.
Teach cadets how to communicate effectively in controlled and uncontrolled airspace, including the use of standard phraseology.
Ensure cadets are fully prepared to pass the Radio Telephony Restricted (RTR) exams.
Simulate real-world radio communication scenarios to improve cadet skills.
Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback and personalized support.
Qualifications & Experience:
A valid Radio Telephony Restricted (RTR) license is required.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in a communication or aviation role, with a focus on radio telephony.
Strong knowledge of international radio communication procedures and aviation safety standards.
Prior teaching or training experience in an aviation or communications setting is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to engage with students of various backgrounds.
Ability to operate and simulate radio communication systems.
