Job Responsibilities:

• Teach Chemistry to students from Classes 5 to 12, following the syllabi of West Bengal Board, CBSE, and ICSE.

• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that simplify complex chemical concepts.

• Conduct practical laboratory experiments and demonstrations to enhance students' understanding of theoretical concepts.

• Prepare students for board exams, Olympiads.

• Assess student performance through assignments, tests, projects, and provide constructive feedback.

• Utilize basic computer skills for lesson planning, maintaining student records, and conducting online/offline assessments.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in Chemistry from a recognized university.

• Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in teaching in at least one or two of the following languages: Bengali, Hindi, or English.

• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, online teaching tools, etc.).

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• Experience with technology-based teaching methods is a plus.
