We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Headmistress for our pre-primary school. The ideal candidate will lead with vision, foster a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, and oversee daily school operations. They will be responsible for curriculum implementation, teacher management, and ensuring high standards of education and care for pre-primary students.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and School Management:

Provide strategic direction for the pre-primary school and ensure smooth daily operations.
Supervise and mentor teaching and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Implement policies, procedures, and best practices in early childhood education.
2. Educational Excellence:

Develop and oversee the implementation of an age-appropriate curriculum and teaching strategies.
Monitor and evaluate teaching methods, classroom activities, and student progress.
Ensure that learning environments promote creativity, curiosity, and holistic development.
3. Parent and Stakeholder Engagement:

Maintain transparent and positive communication with parents, addressing concerns and sharing student progress.
Conduct parent-teacher meetings and workshops on early childhood development.
Collaborate with educational boards, vendors, and external stakeholders to enhance learning resources.
4. Administration and Compliance:

Oversee admissions, student records, and attendance management.
Ensure the school complies with health, safety, and educational regulations.
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and inventory.
5. Staff Development:

Recruit, onboard, and evaluate teaching and support staff.
Organize training sessions and professional development programs to enhance teaching quality.
6. Event and Program Coordination:

Plan and execute school events, parent engagement programs, and extracurricular activities.
Promote a positive and inclusive school culture through creative activities and initiatives.
