Nursery Teacher

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an engaging curriculum that meets the diverse needs of children aged 3-5

• Lead a team of teachers and support staff, promoting professional development and a collaborative culture

• Establish and maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and curiosity

• Conduct regular assessments of student progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed

• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing updates on student development and classroom activities

• Coordinate with administrative staff to ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies

• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community to build a supportive learning network

Required:

• NTT Qualified Must

• State certification in early childhood education

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or nursery setting.

• Strong understanding of child development principles and effective teaching methodologies
