About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Social Science Teacher to teach CBSE curriculum and Olympiad-level content for students of classes 8 to 10. The ideal candidate should have a strong command over History, Geography, Civics, and Economics, and a knack for making the subject engaging and relevant to real-world issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver structured lessons as per CBSE guidelines and Olympiad requirements

• Use interactive teaching methods and technology to enhance learning

• Prepare students for school exams, NTSE, Olympiads, and other competitive assessments

• Develop assignments, tests, and quizzes to monitor student progress

• Provide individual attention and doubt-clearing sessions

• Maintain academic records and give timely feedback to students and parents

• Participate in parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and curriculum planning sessions

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in History, Geography, Political Science, or related field

• B.Ed. preferred (optional for coaching institutes)

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• Strong understanding of CBSE syllabus and exam patterns

• Prior experience in coaching or Olympiad preparation is a plus

• Passionate about teaching and mentoring students
