📦 1️⃣ Parts Person (1 Position) – Aircraft Spare Parts & Inventory

Role Focus:
Manage aircraft parts, tools, and consumables required for mechanical maintenance.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Inventory management of aircraft mechanical components (filters, landing gear parts, actuators, etc.)

• Documentation of part usage, ordering, and compliance

• Quality control checks for airworthiness

• Coordinate with AMEs and technicians for timely dispatch of parts

• Use of aviation inventory software (RAAS, RAMCO, etc.)

✅ Qualifications:

• AME (Mechanical Stream), with 2+ years in aviation inventory

• Familiar with ATA chapters, IPC, and AMM

• Knowledge of DGCA quality requirements

• Proficient in aviation stores software and warehouse systems

🔧 2️⃣ Aircraft Technicians (4 Positions) – Hangar Maintenance (Mechanical Stream)

Role Focus:
Hands-on servicing of aircraft mechanical systems under AME supervision

✈️ Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and non-routine mechanical maintenance (line/base)

• Troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and structural systems

• Assist in engine changes, landing gear inspections, control surface adjustments

• Use of aviation tools, gauges, and technical drawings

• Maintain aircraft technical logs and work cards

✅ Qualifications:

• AME (Mechanical), 2+ years MRO or Airline experience

• Aircraft exposure: Airbus, Boeing, ATR, Bombardier, Gulfstream preferred

• Sound knowledge of AMM, SRM, IPC (as per DGCA norms)

• Willingness to work in rotating shifts and AOG support

📅 3️⃣ Maintenance Planner (1 Position) – Planning & Coordination

Role Focus:
Plan, coordinate and document scheduled maintenance activities for mechanical systems

🛠 Responsibilities:

• Prepare aircraft maintenance forecasts based on airframe hours and calendar limits

• Plan inspection packages (weekly, monthly, phase checks)

• Coordinate with stores and technicians for parts and manpower

• Maintain up-to-date technical records as per DGCA CAR-M

• Work on tools like TRAX, AMOS, CAMP or similar planning systems

✅ Qualifications:

• AME (Mechanical Stream), 2+ years in planning or engineering support role

• Clear understanding of maintenance schedules and MEL/CDL tasks

• Ability to handle multiple aircraft programs and task cards

• Strong coordination with production and logistics teams
