Job Description:

We are hiring 10 dedicated and skilled Service Technicians for repairing and servicing Kent and other branded water purifiers. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, a customer-friendly attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair domestic water purifiers at customer locations

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing

• Handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain proper records of service visits and reports

• Coordinate with the support team for parts and technical assistance

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th Pass or ITI/diploma in a relevant field

• Prior experience in water purifier service (preferred but not mandatory)

• Basic understanding of home appliances and water filter systems

• Two-wheeler and valid license preferred

• Good communication skills and a customer-first approach
